Using the service
By using Marketing Pack, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms. Marketing Pack may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary to operate or protect it.
Your inputs
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit a website URL and to request captures or generated material from it. You are responsible for your inputs and must not submit secrets, personal data that you do not have permission to process, or content that violates another person's rights.
Generated outputs
Marketing Pack uses automated systems and AI to produce drafts from captured website evidence. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing every claim, image, and asset before publishing or relying on it. The service is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
Accounts and access
Keep access links and account information secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may limit access when we reasonably believe an account is being abused, compromised, or used in violation of these terms.
Pricing and payments
Current pricing, credits, and any applicable limits are shown in the product and checkout flow. Payments are processed by Polar and may be subject to its terms. Subscription cancellation takes effect as described at checkout; unused credits do not roll over unless the product explicitly says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use Marketing Pack to:
- break the law, infringe rights, or distribute harmful content;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass protections on the service;
- submit websites or data without the required authorization; or
- misrepresent generated material as independently verified.
Ownership
You retain rights in the content you submit. Subject to your inputs and applicable third-party rights, you may use the generated outputs for your own business purposes. Marketing Pack retains its software, branding, and service materials.
Disclaimers and liability
Marketing Pack is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Marketing Pack will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
