What this policy covers
This policy applies to Marketing Pack, its website, and the service that turns a public website URL into marketing copy, platform assets, screenshots, and a downloadable pack.
Information you provide
- The website URL and public page content that you submit for a pack.
- Your email address when you use passwordless sign-in or contact support.
- Purchase and subscription details needed to provide paid access. Payment details are processed by our payment provider, Polar.
- Messages and other information you choose to send us.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, generate requested marketing packs, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product when you have opted into analytics.
Submitted website material is used as the evidence base for the requested generation. Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorized to process.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and vendors such as Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; OpenAI for AI generation; ScreenshotOne for website captures; Polar for payments; and Google Analytics only when you accept analytics cookies. These providers receive information needed for the services they provide to Marketing Pack.
Analytics
Google Analytics is optional. We do not load the GA4 script or send application analytics events until you choose Accept analytics. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the site footer. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Retention and security
Private pack files are scheduled for automatic removal after 90 days; download the ZIP if you need a permanent copy. We may retain account, transaction, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline optional analytics, request help with information associated with your account, or ask questions about this policy by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
